Terms of use
The ground rules for using Gathers Ground. Last updated: July 2026.
1. Who you’re dealing with
Gathers Ground is operated by Wonderly Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). By using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Gathers Ground is a property-operations platform for rural hospitality businesses. Parts of the platform are pre-release and features may change as we build. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your organisation's account, including what your team members do.
3. Your data, your guests
The operational data you put into the platform stays yours. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to hold your guests' personal data; we process it only on your behalf, as described in our Privacy policy.
4. Fair use
Please don't misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or probe our systems, no scraping other people's data, and no using the service to harm others. We can suspend accounts that do.
5. Payments
Guest payments (honesty shop, guest extras) are processed by Stripe, with payouts to your connected Stripe account less the platform fee shown at the time. Subscription pricing is shown before you pay. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
6. Liability
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. We're not liable for losses that aren't a foreseeable result of our breach, and nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (like death or personal injury caused by negligence).
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be flagged on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: hello@wonderlyventures.com
